DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
- Water’s Edge was authorized by Rideau Valley Conservation Authority (RVCA) to complete over 96km2 of bathymetric survey in four lakes.
- Data was collected with Sub-centimetre, survey-grade Sokkia GRX3 and Cee Echo sounder mounted on a Water’s Edge’s survey boat.
- Water’s Edge staff collected bridge information useful for future floodplain mapping for the CA and Municipalities.
- Landuse and Hydrometric data was collected for future floodplain mapping.
